This has been the most beautiful Spring in southern Missouri. All of the early blooming trees and shrubs have been able to bloom to their full potential without any late frosts or dry spells. The lilacs are blooming now and are so full and gorgeous. When I walk outside, the fragrance is amazing.
My only problem with this time of year is getting everything done. The lawn guy mowed the yard yesterday so I'm feeling a little better but now it's about all those weeds in my garden. So many early things should already be planted but just haven't found the time to get it done. Oh, well, there's always the farmer's market.
Monday was my work day at Leola's. It had been a very busy weekend so had to take in new merchandise. Luckily, I got an early start to the day and managed to rearrange my area before opening the doors. It's amazing how much furniture has gone through our doors the last few weeks. Looks like I would learn to not overload my furniture with "stuff" but noooooooo, I have to "decorate" everything. Needless to say, I had lots of "stuff" on the floor. But I got it all done and hopefully, will have to do it again next week.
Here are some current pictures from Leola's. I don't know how those women keep coming up with such great merchandise.
Not certain what this is from but it would be so great in the garden with a big white clematis climbing on it. Originally, Judy had old photos & memorabilia clipped to it.
Loved this wire basket. It's actually taller then it appears in this picture.
One of my favorite pictures on Pinterest was an old pale blue chair setting in the garden with clematis wrapped all around it. I can totally see this one with cherry tomatoes all over it.
This is a handmade basket. Love baskets hanging outside a front door or on a gate. You could line it with moss and plant it full of succulents.
Carol brought in another slipcovered chair. She really does amazing work. Almost every piece of my stuffed furniture has her slipcovers on them.
I'm going to try to work on painting some furniture today and get my taxes finished. What a relief it would be to have taxes done. Wish me luck!

Love the photos! Judy had a great idea to clip the photos to the wire trellis, although the flowers growing up it would be really pretty too.
I am taking a little road trip to Leola's in mid June. Yea, I can't wait!
