Where's Spring.......

It did what the Weather Channel predicted today.....it snowed!

I took these early so now the grass is covered and more is on the way.  I did get grass seed spread on the front yard so the snow should help that.  Also, most of the wood that was stacked on my screened porch has now been used so it doesn't have to be moved.  I'm trying to be positive.

The daffodils and forsythia are beginning to bloom.  They should make it through but just in case, I cut a few and brought them in.

 

 

The little yellow buds are from the jasmine vine.  They've been trying to bloom since January.  I had no idea they were so hardy.

 

We have another storm coming in over the weekend so looks like another weekend to plan indoor activities (unfortunately, that usually includes food).  Hope you have a good one.  Sooner or later, spring has to appear!
