After we left him, we headed to St. Joseph to visit Aunt Susan and Uncle Mike. We had such a good time. Allison took the girls to the water park which is one of their public pools and also was the pool where Allison's dad worked when he was in high school and college. It's a great facility and the girls loved it.
We also had time for a trip to the Rusty Chandelier. I was able to find a few things but the girls enjoyed trying on clothes.
They were a riot and I might add, very good shoppers. It's a huge store and is attached to a flea market so lots to see.
We didn't have much room in the car so I just purchased a few small things. I could have done lots more damage if we'd had more room but we couldn't decide which kid to leave behind.
A friend had made this nosegay for Susan and I loved it. Took lots of pictures so maybe I could make it.
Hope everyone has a great 4th of July holiday. Stay safe!!!

We loved having you all at our house ! Made us think alittle about where we're going to put our twin grandkids when they visit. We really need to get together more!
My Dad would've paid a fortune, back in the day, for a car DVD, to keep his two heathens from fighting on trips...hope you had a grand time...what a pair of cuties!
BTW...the beetles are just coming on now, guess they couldn't handle all the storms!
How I love this post! The girls in high heels are just too wonderful! I am so glad you got to go out with your favorite gals and have a good time together!

You are such a Blessed Woman... What a wonderful life, you have... The children are darling...and... so are you... my sweet....
Wish you would have been with, on the Barn Digging Day.... I so wanted to take images... but the family, was already so sad, about leaving their childhood home, I just couldn't take pictures, with them there... What I would have given, to be raised on that wonderful farm... oh my...
My Love to Ya...
