This was suppose to be a workday for me but I always seem to get sidetracked. On Tuesday I had managed to get these pillows made and I felt so good about it. I took them with me to Leola's on Weds. (my work day) and rearranged my area a little. The shop has lots of red, white and blue in it right now so the pillows fit right in. The old red & white quilt has been in my work room for years. It has quite a bit of damage but also, lots of good areas. The back is some old
ticking from my stash. The single pillow was an old tablecloth.



Phoebe (my granddaughter) came to stay with me today & we hit some garage sales. Is it just me or are garage sales just really great right now??? I found a wonderful old Royal typewriter, several old liquor decanters and some old aprons. So tomorrow I'll try to hit some more with Allison & all the kids. Give them each a pack of sugarless gum & they're good to go. At least until Chickfila starts calling their name.
