Preparing for Fall.....

I've been trying to get ready for Fall Open House at Leola's and seems I've had little time for anything else.  There's merchandise to order, cards to get designed & printed, plus trying to get my merchandise ready.  The weather at least has cooled the last few days so it's feeling a little more "fallish" and we've actually had a little rain.

These are some of the pumpkins I've been making.  Made some last year but trying to make these a bit more primitive (sorry if they smell like coffee).

So it's back to the grindstone today trying to get work done in the garage.  It's been too hot all summer to work there so lots of catching up to do.

Hope you have a wonderful Wednesday.  Can't believe my g'kids are starting back to school today.  Boy, time flies when you're having fun!

Love the pumpkins ! I love fall and it is beginning to feel like it . Some days . My G-kids start back to school next Monday , hard to believe summer is almost gone. I'm working like crazy to get some stuff done for craft fairs , the first one is Cidar Days in Springfield , middle of Sept . Time's a flying !

Where has summer gone? Here in Maine the children return to school at the end of August. I love your pumpkins, it has been to hot to do much of anything crafting/gardening but Fall is coming, subtle signs are beginning. Thank goodness. Have a lovely Thursday, Julie.

Oh I can't wait for the open house! That's just the ticket to leap into fall.... which I'm soooo looking forward to after this heat! Thanks for your sweet comment on my blog. I've thought a lot about how mom discovered the store in Galloway, friended your mom, and made all her little dolls. Sweet memories.
